The company says this is the next big step in Human Capital Management.

This week Zellis launched its flagship Human Capital Management (HCM) solution, Zellis HCM Cloud.

Zellis claims to be the UK and Ireland’s leading provider of payroll and HR software and services. The company announced that the new solution combines the latest innovations in cloud, automation and AI.

Announcing the “Zellis Marketplace”

Zellis claims their HCM Cloud provides a standalone, best-of-breed payroll offering, that can be integrated with an existing HR system. The platform can also be a full suite that meets all payroll and HR needs. The solution can thus manage workflows ‘from hire to retire’, in a single platform, according to the company.

The launch of the HCM Cloud is accompanied by the opening of Zellis Marketplace. This is a digital storefront which lets customers easily access additional Zellis solutions and connectors to third-party applications. The Marketplace enables customers to build a customised HCM ecosystem, Zellis says.

Zellis HCM Cloud can also act as part of a managed payroll and HR service. This is an option for businesses looking for an extended team of experts to further improve cost control, operational efficiency, and business resilience.

Delivering ‘in the flow of work’ experiences

The new solution introduces opportunities for what Zellis calls ‘in the flow of work’ moments. In these moments, employees can review and approve annual leave requests directly through their Outlook inboxes. They can also move fluidly between applications with single sign-on, or easily recognise the work of their colleagues.

The Zellis Intelligence Platform supports the HCM Cloud product. This platform connects data from across all Zellis and third-party applications. It thus helps companies provide a single source of truth for their workforce.

The Intelligence Platform also offers analytics tools including the HR Director Dashboard and embedded Power BI insights. These help HR teams to unearth workforce trends. They can also pinpoint the specific drivers behind the trends and make evidence-based decisions, according to Zellis.
