Samsung’s Galaxy Book series are well-engineered, have impressive screens and innovative software found nowhere else, according to SamMobile’s sources. According to the grapevine, we should get a new generation of Samsung Galaxy Book Pro laptops early next year.

According to the information, Samsung will launch the Galaxy Book 2 Pro and the Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 early next year and will come fitted with AMOLED screens, akin to the 2021 generation.

The laptops are expected to carry the latest AMD or Intel processors, have better battery life, and integrate deeper with other Galaxy devices.

The wait will be short

Samsung fans will be pleased to know that they will not have to wait too long. They will likely hit the market before the first quarter ends.

The release of the Galaxy Book Pro and Galaxy Book Pro 360 earlier this year brought Samsung to the limelight as a serious laptop manufacturer.

Given that the laptops enjoyed a great reception, it is not surprising that the South-Korean giant wants to release the successors and wow reviewers once again. The first report by SamMobile indicates that the laptops may use Intel’s 12th-Gen Alder Lake or AMD’s Zen 4-based Ryzen 6000 series processors.

Oddities

Samsung intends to integrate Galaxy devices deeper, which would shake things up in the market. The ability to connect your laptop to your Android handset to run apps on the desktop, take calls, access media, messages, and all notifications is a feature the modern world would love.

There has been no industry insider news on the laptops yet, but they could be announced during CES 2022 in January.

The silence is unusual since we should be seeing more insider details coming out of the industry. We can’t assume there won’t be an announcement but we can’t be sure there won’t be.
