Dutch Optimizers acquired by French Orisha

The new French owner specializes in software for construction, retail, real estate and healthcare.

Optimizers can complement that. The Nijkerk-based company has four brands: Tweakwise, Core-suite, Vendre, and App2Track. These companies manage webshops, the order-to-delivery process, strengthening digital sales, and transportation and home delivery.

With its approach, Optimizers now has big names as customers. For example, the software supports PostNL, Hans Anders, Quooker and Menzis. On the tech front, the Nijkerk-based company’s software works with Microsoft, Exact and NetSuite.

Transition to Orisha

Optimizers has been owned by The Hague-based Main Capital since 2019. It is not known how much Orisha is paying for the acquisition. However, FD knows Optimizers is expected to generate revenue of 25 million euros this year. In 2019, the company still had a revenue of over 5 million euros. The revenue growth is partly due to three acquisitions, including one in Sweden.

Optimizers currently has 170 employees. With the new owner, they will gain 1,300 colleagues. Just last year, Orisha managed to book sales of 200 million euros. In turn, the French company is owned by American investor TA Associates.

“We look back at a fruitful cooperation with Main, during which we expanded our market position significantly and we were able to optimize our organizational efficiency as well,” said Optimizers CEO Stefan van Diggelen. “Looking ahead, we are excited to embark on this new chapter for Optimizers alongside Orisha. This partnership not only enhances our access to additional expertise and experience but it most importantly further strengthens our ability to provide our customers with a unified commerce experience, worldwide.”
