Quality management software provider BizzMine received a capital injection from Fortino Capital Partners. BizzMine intends to use the investment for further European expansion.
BizzMine is primarily known for Vivaldi Software, a quality management solution (QMS). The platform, offered SaaS and on-premises, helps companies collect and manage all documents and data surrounding complaints, audits, training and other quality management related topics.
The software is primarily used in the pharmaceutical, medical device manufacturing, logistics, food, biotechnology and automotive industries.
Becoming the European market leader
The investment amount is unknown. BizzMine aims to use the funding to further expand its geographical footprint. Though BizzMine works from 45 officers worldwide, not all European counties are serviced. BizzMine wants to set up shop in Germany, Italy and Spain. Ultimately, the goal is to become a European market leader in the field of QMS software.
What’s in it for Fortino?
For Fortino Capital Partners, the investment is a means of further participating in the B2B software market. Fortino Capital Partners holds a stake in eight other B2B software platforms.
