The entire Telerik product line for .NET developers is being updated. New native components for Microsoft Blazor and support for .NET-core 3.0 RC will be made available to users through these updates.

The Telerik User Interface (UI) for Blazor will be expanded with some 25 new native UI components. Telerik UI for ASP.NET Core now also includes official support for .NET Core 3.0 RC. This allows developers to use this suite with the latest version of the .NET Core framework. The desktop version for WPF and WinForms Visual Studio now has templates for .NET core apps, as well as a number of new controls. These controls are intended for TabbedWindow and WebCam. Ribbon for WPF and WinForms has also been simplified. In addition, the mobile version of Telerik UI for Xamarin has been updated with a folder and image editor, a document library for the processing and editing of pdf’s and support for Visual Studio for Mac.

Updates across the board

On top of this, new features have been announced regarding the accessibility of ASP.NET Core and ASP.NET MVC. These include timeline, filter and review functions, a document processing library and a second version of the pdf viewer. A number of functions and improvements have also been added regarding spreadsheets and accessibility in ASP.NET AJAX.

Last but not least: Telerik Reporting, Telerik Report Server, Telerik JustMock, and Progress Test Studio Dev Edition have also been provided with improvements. Reporting and Report Server now feature better accessibility for PDF files and a new component, JSON DataSource, has been added. Telerik Reporting is now also supported for the WPF and WinForms report viewers. Telerik JustMock has received new support for Azure DevOps Pipeline, and Test Studio Dev Edition is now supported for Visual Studio 2019.
