Cegeka is expanding its activities again with an acquisition within Belgium, where the IT service provider also has its origins. Belgian Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) specialist Key-Performance was recently taken over.
The takeover gives Cegeka a specialist in the field of services such as Application Performance Management (APM), Performance and load testing and Autonomous Performance Optimization. In addition, the company offers services in the field of DevOps, Web optimization, implementation projects and consultancy.
Although Key-Performance is a Belgian player, it also has operations in Luxembourg and the Netherlands. No financial details of the transaction are known
Integration into Cegeka Managed Services
With the incorporation of the DEM specialist, Cegeka wants to further expand its own expertise in the field of observability and APOM knowledge. The capabilities offered by Key-Performance will be integrated with the Cegeka Managed Services portfolio. This should ultimately help customers take the next step in optimizing their digital experiences.
More acquisitions in 2023
Cegeka has already acquired more companies this year to strengthen its portfolio. After a long process, the IT service provider recently managed to acquire its U.S. industry peer CTG.
