RPA vendor Automation Anywhere recently announced new services for generative AI support. Among other things, this should improve employee productivity.

Embracing the deployment of generative AI, Automation Anywhere is introducing three new services in its Automation Success Platform for this purpose. These services should improve employee productivity, enable companies to build a truly “digital workforce” and transform business processes.

New services

The first new generative AI service, Automation Co-Pilot + Generative AI for Business, is actually the automation assistant Automation Co-Pilot, already released last year. Now this tool runs entirely on the GPT AI model. In this way, employees can now use generative AI on multiple systems and purposes. Think about summarizing content or writing emails.

The second new tool, Automation Co-Pilot + Generative AI for Automators, brings built-in generative AI directly into the development phase. The tool enables developers and business users to turn “natural conversations” directly into automation solutions.

Document Automation + Generative AI uses generative AI technology to rapidly understand, extract and summarize data from structured, semi-structured and unstructured documents. The extracted data is integrated directly into process workflows, eliminating the need for users to perform additional data work.

Availability

Automation Co-Pilot + Generative AI for Business Users is available immediately. An initial preview of Automation Co-Pilot + Generative AI for Automators will be available in July. Document Automation + Generative AI will be released in the third quarter of this year.
