Belgian service provider Netaxis is acquiring Anyroute, a Microsoft Teams specialist based in the Netherlands.
Netaxis’ products and services are used by major telecoms organisations worldwide to transform networks. The acquisition of Anyroute strengthens Netaxis’ Teams Voice Automation capabilities. This is key, because telcos entering the Microsoft ecosystem often need help with onboarding to enable integration with Microsoft VoIP technologies.
Furthermore, Netaxis acquires Anyroute to lay the foundation for revenue growth in the coming years. The acquisition allows the Belgian software provider to expand into the Dutch market.
Expectations
According to Anyroute, its business continuity will be in good hands. Netaxis Solutions provides software through SaaS models. The further development of Anyroute’s SaaS model promises to increase recurring revenue.
