2020 was a special year in many ways. A year in which IT played an enormous role, but also a year with many challenges. The editorial team did its best to keep publishing good analyses and insights on IT in 2020. To do this, we made hundreds of virtual calls, and hundreds will probably follow in 2021, but we also hope to have physical encounters again.
