Consultancy firm WorkNest continues to expand by acquiring Care 4 Quality, a company that provides health and safety services to some of the largest care homes in the British Isles.

WorkNest offers several services to businesses, including HR, health & safety and employment law. The company, part of Marlowe Group, recently acquired Care 4 Quality, which provides health and safety services to organizations in the British Isles.

“Welcoming the Care 4 Quality team into our group marks yet another significant milestone for us as we continue to strengthen our offering within the health and social care sector”, WorkNest CEO Gavin Snell said. “We see this as a key growth area with the industry continuing to become more tightly regulated and our customers asking us to support them in new and different ways daily.”

“WorkNest and Care 4 Quality share a common commitment to delivering the very best services to all our clients. We very much look forward to working with our new Care 4 Quality colleagues, to learn from their market knowledge and to identify new opportunities together.”

The UK Office for National Statistics predicted a 35 percent increase in people aged 85 from 2015 to 2025. Health and safety services are trending countrywide.

Care 4 Quality retains independence

The aftermath of coronavirus proved the dire need for health care services in every industry. Keeping that in mind, Care 4 Quality won’t undergo significant operational changes following the acquisition. “There will be no change to how services are provided”, Worknest stated in the press release.”

“I founded Care 4 Quality ten years ago, using my 25 years of experience in the care sector to form a loyal customer and consultant base”, added Helen Fuller, founder and managing director at Care 4 Quality.

“We are delighted to join the WorkNest group and be part of the wider Marlowe family. There’s a clear synergy not only in the offering that Care 4 Quality provides but in the ethos around what we do and how we do it.”
