McAfee Enterprise announced a new collaborative effort with IBM Security to develop a new integrated solution for TD SYNNEX customers. The TD SYNNES security solution is based on integrations between McAfee Enterprise MVISIOn and IBM Security QRadar Products.
The product is available to customers via the TD SYNNEX IT distribution network, with a design that provides investigation, visibility, control, and remediation to protect distributed workforces.
This is the first time the two companies have jointly developed a solution in the TD SYNNEX Cyber Range, a virtual program to prepare security professionals to respond to threats.
What the collaboration delivers
Integrating QRadar with the MVISIOn Device-to-Cloud Platform, the service delivers customers increased protection for the global workforce, powered by connected analytics, architecture, resource prioritization, automation, and threat detection, and event correlation.
The service is said to provide additional protection when businesses are in pandemic mode. Additional protections are crucial in protecting against the growing number of cloud and endpoint threats the distributed workforce faces.
With TD SYNNEX, QRadar provides comprehensive insights to detect, investigate and respond rapidly to threats, integrating with MVISION for users to benefit from both solutions.
The benefits
Using TD SYNNEX, customers can see more deeply an organization’s threats, analyze them, and respond quickly. There are provisions for investigation and remediation, with an efficient approach within the Security Operations Center.
On the last, simplicity in the SOC breaks down the complexities and silos within an organization.
