Software AG announced that it closed a successful acquisition of StreamSets, following regulatory approval. The existing terms of the agreement remain unchanged. The Software AG has now included a thriving SaaS, subscription business, and enterprise-class data integration platform.

What to look forward to

This combination allows organisations to unlock and retain value from their data as it transitions between on-premise applications, legacy data stores, SaaS applications, data streams, and cloud platforms for data storage like Snowflake, Amazon RedShift, and Databricks.

The corporate-level data integration platform, StreamSets, enables the clients to shift data securely and seamlessly between any areas of their online medium, which is manufactured by Software AG’s Digital Business products across the multi-cloud and hybrid environment.

Furthermore, the joint amalgam iPaas platform delivers consolidated and conformed data towards smart apps and connected enterprises.
