The launch of the paid subscription service Microsoft Copilot Pro is anything but smooth. Users note that the service is slow, even though this option should give customers priority for the AI service package.
Microsoft recently launched the paid service Copilot Pro. This gives users virtually unlimited access to GPT-4 Turbo and image generator DALL-E 3.
With this paid service, Microsoft 365 subscribers would get better performance and advanced AI functionality. Copilot Pro costs $20 per user per month and gives prioritized access to numerous Copilots within the 365 suite. It also provides access to DALL-E 3 with additional capabilities.
Microsoft Copilot Pro is available for Windows, macOS and iOS.
Slow operation at launch
However, users have complained since launch that the service is slow and does not offer the performance level that should be expected of it. This is contrary to the tech giant’s claim that the service would provide better access and perform well even during peak hours.
In addition, this offering from Microsoft is not yet available for iOS. It is still being worked on, according to the tech giant. Also, Microsoft Copilot Pro is not yet available for Android.
Not yet in the Netherlands
The service is currently only available in selected countries. The service is not yet available in the Netherlands, but Microsoft expects to expand the number of countries soon.
