IFS’s annual recurring revenue grew by 25 percent in the first half of 2026. IFS attributes this increase to the broader adoption of its Industrial AI software, which enables industrial companies to use AI for manufacturing, maintenance, supply chain, and field service.
IFS expanded its Industrial AI on multiple fronts in H1 2026. Nexus Black’s Resolve helps technicians resolve issues faster by predicting faults. IFS Zero reduces the effort required to collect emissions data by up to 30 percent. And the Loops Agentic Platform enables companies to deploy AI-powered Digital Workers, with 60 percent of agentic transactions now fully automated.
Customers such as Coca-Cola, China Airlines, Miele, and William Grant & Sons chose IFS during this period. IFS says it will soon reach the milestone of $1 billion in annual recurring revenue.
Supply chain and ecosystem
The acquisition of Softeon, completed in March 2026, strengthens the company’s offering for warehouse management and supply chain execution. This follows the earlier acquisition of 7bridges, through which IFS expanded its logistics capabilities.
In addition, IFS is building a broader Industrial AI ecosystem through partnerships with Siemens, AVEVA, and NEC. Collaborations with frontier AI providers, specialized partners, and MIT CISR are intended to accelerate the introduction of new capabilities to the platform.
CEO Mark Moffat states: “Customers are scaling AI across operations onto the factory floor, into the warehouse, and out in the field.”
