Oracle is launching the Oracle Startup Growth Engine, a new component of the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN).
The program targets fast-growing technology companies backed by venture capital investors, including Dutch companies. With the engine, they can develop and scale applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and offer them to enterprise customers through Oracle’s partner network.
“Growing technology companies need not only infrastructure and technical expertise, but also access to business customers,” says Cormac Watters, Executive Vice President and General Manager EMEA at Oracle. “With the Startup Growth Engine, we bring those elements together. The program supports participating companies in developing their solutions on OCI and helps them make these available to customers through the Oracle ecosystem.”
Path to international markets
Eligible companies can showcase their products and services on Oracle Marketplace, where Oracle customers can discover and implement cloud and AI solutions from third-party providers. For Dutch technology companies looking to grow internationally, this offers a pathway to enterprise customers in international markets.
Eligible companies can receive a one-year OPN membership free of charge, plus cloud credits, technical guidance, and support for market launch. Depending on their OPN level, they can also connect with Oracle customers. The program helps companies develop, implement, and scale applications, including AI solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
The Startup Growth Engine also enables companies to combine their specialized technology with Oracle’s industry solutions and enterprise applications, even when addressing sector-specific requirements.
Addressing common challenges
With the Startup Growth Engine, Oracle aims to help fast-growing technology companies eliminate common challenges, such as infrastructure costs, technical complexity, and access to customers. Participants can benefit from OCI cloud credits or funding for technical and business assessments. Examples include projects to develop, train, and scale AI workloads or evaluate high-performance infrastructure. Technical support from Oracle engineers is also available to help design, implement, and optimize solutions on OCI.
