Microsoft Lists is a task management tool that works with Microsoft Office 365. It enables businesses and organizations to collaborate on projects and procedures. Microsoft Lists, first introduced in 2020, is now accessible for Android.

The software emphasizes teamwork and cross-platform and cross-location functioning. To assist with organizing task management, Lists allows co-authoring and templates. It also supports Intune device management and has built-in enterprise-grade data security and compliance.

You may also use the app to see and organize lists when offline. According to the app’s description, you can organize events, track issues and assets, assist with new employee onboarding, and keep inventory aligned with Lists.

What else can you do with Lists

Microsoft Lists allows you to keep everyone connected with mobile access and collaboration. Users can start fast with pre-made templates, fill in the columns with material, assign priorities, share lists, invite collaborators, and organize their work and information in one place.

To use Microsoft Lists, you must have a SharePoint-enabled Office 365 or Microsoft 365 business subscription.

Keep a watch out for the lightweight edition of Microsoft Lists intended for small organizations and individuals if your company needs something less comprehensive than the full version. In January 2022, Microsoft began testing a standalone version of Lists.
