Its cloud-based platform allows customers to discover incidents, diagnose them and then engage the right people for solutions. According to Bloomberg sources, PagerDuty is considering all options now that interest has been expressed and has reportedly already attracted consultants. However, whether a private investment firm will acquire the company is uncertain.
