Vultr launches industry cloud that offers cloud computing solutions adapted to the needs and requirements of different industries. This way, AI solutions should provide additional added value faster.
Industry cloud is specifically adapted to the legal requirements in retail, manufacturing, healthcare, media, telecommunications and financial sectors. The cloud computing solutions provided by industry cloud enable these industries to optimize their infrastructure. The optimization is made possible by Vultr’s global cloud infrastructure offering, combined with 32 cloud data center locations.
“Although our customers come from different industries, they all demand excellence when it comes to their cloud solutions. To achieve this, today’s CIOs and CTOs need scalable, reliable and industry-specific cloud solutions to accelerate their digital and AI transformation,” said Kevin Cochrane, CMO of Vultr.
Specific needs
Each industry has specific needs, but all expect good cloud infrastructure. For example, that infrastructure needs to be flexible to handle demand fluctuations in retail, but also real-time so that manufacturing always has its inventory up to date.
Vultr has a broader range of specific cloud devices aimed at the needs of specific customers. Earlier this year, Sovereign Cloud and Private Cloud launched to support research institutions and governments with data sovereignty.
Media sector organizations also met their needs this year for secure and fast media distribution via the Vultr CDN platform. In the solution launching now, rather than working at the edge of the network, high-performance computing resources are made available.
