ServiceNow unveiled a new partner program during its Sales Kickoff event. It allows partners to demonstrate which ServiceNow specialty they possess: ‘Service Operations,’ ‘Serve the Customer’, and/or ‘Power the Employee.’

Companies approaching ServiceNow service providers will see which party they may work with through the new program. Companies can see what the ServiceNow partner excels in. “Each Specialization meets a pressing customer need,” ServiceNow explains.

Specializations can be achieved at two performance levels, showing how qualified a partner is. ServiceNow allows partners to achieve Specializations worldwide, but local players can also participate in the new program to achieve a qualification.

Partner benefits

When partners participate in the new program, they receive a badge demonstrating qualification. This should also create more visibility in the ServiceNow Partner Finder, where potential customers can search for experts to meet their needs.

ServiceNow plans to make the new program a little more interesting for partners by inviting them to the Partner Advisory Council. This allows them to discuss their needs and advice within the broader ServiceNow ecosystem. Qualified partners can also access ServiceNow co-marketing programs and the Partner Development Fund.
