NetSuite Next is now available outside North America for the first time. Customers in the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand can switch to NetSuite Next starting today. This improved version of the ERP platform places greater emphasis on AI. Ask Oracle is also being rolled out simultaneously. The Benelux countries, Spain, and Sweden will have to wait just a little longer; their turn will come in early 2027.
Nicky Tozer, SVP EMEA at Oracle NetSuite, announced this in a blog post during SuiteWorld in Las Vegas.

Ask Oracle first, Next later
Customers don’t have to make a full switch right away. Ask Oracle, the conversational AI assistant, also works within the existing “legacy” NetSuite environment. The assistant respects existing roles, permissions, and configuration, and bases its responses solely on data to which the user already has access. This lets organizations get used to the assistant first, then transition to NetSuite Next later. In NetSuite Next, Ask Oracle is more deeply integrated into the interface and can also begin to manage agents.
NetSuite calls Next the biggest update since its launch in 1998. Switching over takes a single click, with no data migration or customization needed. Just because it takes a single click doesn’t mean it’s simple; behind the scenes, the platform is undergoing a major upgrade.
Europe is waiting
European customers will have to be patient for a little while longer. In the United States and Canada, the rollout began in July with release 2026.2. This past spring, the United Kingdom was still expected to receive NetSuite Next in April 2027, but that date has now been moved up by half a year.
In 2027, the Benelux region will be part of the first wave to receive NetSuite Next. However, Benelux customers can already take advantage of the SuiteSkills that NetSuite announced this week, they’re available to all customers.
