Oracle extends the capabilities of Oracle NetSuite with the acquisition of HCM specialist Adi Insights.
The acquisition adds functionality to SuitePeople, a NetSuite HCM solution. Among other things, Adi Insights‘ solutions provide insight into employee overtime, time tracking, demand and scheduling. A new integration into NetSuite allows the solution to be deployed across multiple business sectors.
Different modules
The solution features several modules that provide insight, such as Labor Optix for daily scheduling, Staff Xchange for shared staff resources and Labor TraX with time, attendance and performance scorecards. Adi Insights also provides AdiClock, a mobile app that allows employees to register their time and attendance.
Integrations
In addition to SuitePeople, Adi Insights has various integrations with other HCM tools such as Paycor, ADP, Precede and World Manager. The solution can also be integrated with various payroll solutions and applications. It is not clear what will happen to these integrations now that the vendor has been acquired by Oracle.
