KPN invests in Slovakian CloudTalk

CloudTalk has raised 26 million euros from investment companies for further growth and innovation. KPN Ventures, among others, has invested in the call center software provider.

Slovakia-based Cloudtalk has raised investment rounds totalling 26 million euros. Other investors include henQ, Point Nine Capital, Presto Ventures and Orbit Capital.

Growth and innovation

With the amount raised, CloudTalk wants to continue to grow and focus on product innovation. Here, the communication and call centre software solutions provider is thinking of AI-enabled call setup, conversational intelligence and speech recognition. This innovation creates a complete communication ecosystem for sales and customer service teams.

Currently, CloudTalk offers tools for automating manual tasks, real-time coaching, configurable workflows and comprehensive analytics for optimizing all communication flows, especially for call centre environments.
