Informatica and Oracle are partnering to bring Informatica’s data warehouse and lakehouse solutions to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

The partnership links Informatica’s Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) solution to Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle Exadata Database Service, Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer, and Oracle Object Storage. This makes Informatica a preferred partner for data integration and governance in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Benefits

IDMC becomes easier to obtain for Oracle customers. The solution provides simplified, guided migration of on-premises applications and data warehouses to cloud environments. For this purpose, Informatica offers its automated Migration Factory services combined with maintenance and consulting.

Oracle

Oracle offers free tooling for database migration, Bring-Your-Own on-prem licenses (BYOL) to the cloud, Oracle Support Rewards, and assistance from migration experts at Oracle Cloud Lift Services. In addition, Informatica customers have access to integration experts such as Accenture.

The joint solutions will be available on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace.
