The AI services enable companies to deliver a better customer experience for their employees through network connectivity and operational processes. AIOps functionality provides automation and efficiency. In addition, customers get access to global experts and pre-built operational processes based on experience from the relevant business sectors.
Furthermore, AIOps functionality provides customers with greater visibility into their campus network environments. Network behaviour can be adjusted based on predictive analytics.
Hybrid work
NTT expanded the capabilities of its managed portfolio to include network services and infrastructure applications for adapting campus network environments to hybrid work. To this end, secure-by-design policies have been updated.
