Accenture completed the acquisition of Sentia in the Netherlands, Belgium and Bulgaria. The acquisition provides the IT integrator with more capacity to expand its Accenture Cloud First portfolio.

The acquisition increases Accenture’s expertise in hybrid and multi-cloud strategies, cloud transformations and migrations. The Accenture Cloud First portfolio will be expanded. The portfolio includes end-to-end infrastructure services for public, private and sovereign cloud environments.

Sentia

Sentia offers cloud management and optimization solutions, including managed cloud services, cloud security services and cloud infrastructure migrations. In addition, the company provides digital experience monitoring services

The acquisition of Sentia helps Accenture expand its capacity in Europe and the areas of hybrid and sovereign cloud. Sentia’s team of 300 employees provides expertise in regional data privacy laws and regulations.

Sentia’s Danish branch office will not be taken over. The division will continue as an independent company under the same brand name, with Waterland Private Equity as the main shareholder.
