According to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), its organization is the world’s second most valuable ICT service provider. TCS bases the conclusion on research by Brand Finance.
According to a report by Brand Finance, the market value of TCS rose to 14.7 billion euros (16.8 billion dollars) in the past year. In 2021, the IT service provider posted a profit of nearly 25 billion dollars.
TCS says the increase is partly due to more investments in its brand, employees, customers and financial performance.TCS sees customer relationships as a particularly important asset.
The organization forecasts customer relationships to yield further growth in the coming years. TCS wants to primarily improve relationships by investing in new technology, research and innovation and intellectual property.
