SentinelOne has integrated its security services in ServiceNow’s solutions. To this end, the security specialist introduces the SentinelOne app for ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR).
According to both vendors, the joint solution should improve the threat and incident response of security specialists and IT teams. Customers can now use ServiceNow’s platform to classify threats through SentinelOne’s technology. This helps coordinate a comprehensive and automated incident response plan for endpoint and cloud environments.
Sync in ServiceNow
The SentinelOne app for ServiceNow Security Incident Response synchronizes threats from the SentinelOne environment to the ServiceNow Incident Response module. Security specialists view all relevant details on encountered threats, including incident status and threat notes. Any additional context created within both platforms can be viewed from this environment.
Functionality
When the technology determines that corrective action needs to take place, ServiceNow is able to trigger automated responses in SentinelOne to stop and quarantine threats. Afterwards, automated workflows can remediate the threats encountered.
The SentinelOne app for ServiceNow Security Incident Response is available through the SentinelOne Singularity Marketplace and the ServiceNow Store.
