Sophos introduces ZTNA for secure user and device connections

Sophos is introducing a Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) portfolio. Zero trust principles and far-reaching integration with Sophos Intercept X’s endpoint security are key to the release.

With the arrival of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Sophos wants to offer a transparent and scalable security model for all devices, applications and data connected to a network. Ultimately, the portfolio should simplify security management while strengthening ransomware and advanced threat protection.

Functionality

Sophos’ ZTNA solution divides networks into micro-segments for protection against breaches, sideways data movement and data theft. ZTNA gates user access to pre-defined applications and systems on the network. End users’ credentials and device health are constantly authenticated and validated.

Integration with Sophos Intercept X

The strict integration of ZTNA and Sophis Intercept X (endpoint security tech) has various pro’s. These include simplified management of solutions and agents from multiple providers, as well as complete end-to-end protection for endpoints, users, logins, applications and network environments.

Sophos ZTNA is available immediately. Like all Sophos products, the solution can be managed from the Sophos Central platform.
