GTT introduces Secure Connect, a SASE-based networking solution.
GTT Secure Connect secures the Internet connection of corporate networks and provides access for any employee, regardless of location and device.
The service combines a SASE security model with the GTT’s managed SD-WAN solution. This results in a single platform for network security, featuring a Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS).
Functionality
Access policies can be managed and scaled based on users, devices and applications. The security perimeter can be extended to any endpoint located on the network. The solution is customizable for antivirus, firewall, web-filtering and cloud security monitoring.
Under the hood, GTT’s Secure Connect is based on Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma Access platform. The latter platform was extended with services for technical support and operations. This means that Secure Connect is delivered, implemented and maintained from start to finish. GTT’s EtherVision platform provides additional insights and management options for (network) security environments.
