The Apica Ascent platform offers new capabilities for data pipeline control and indexing incoming data.
Apica’s Ascent platform focuses primarily on providing visibility. It provides companies with telemetry, data management options and observability features. This allows them to detect and solve challenges around data. Among other things, this can be useful for keeping data functioning properly in different infrastructure locations.
Now, the Ascent platform has achieved Powered by Oracle Cloud Expertise status. This status means that Oracle recognizes that Apica provides a commercially available cloud application that has been validated for running on the Oracle Cloud. Therefore, the relationship with Oracle means that Apica Ascent can be used as a hybrid/multicloud observability platform running on OCI.
Relationship with Oracle
“Apica will provide customers with pipeline management of data or the ingestion and orchestration of the data cost-efficiently, reliably, and timely” said Apica CTO and CPO Ranjan Parthasarathy. “With Apica’s Lake and Flow, customers can ensure efficient, reliable, and timely data flow and quality, availability, and security of the data.”
The new status should assure users that the Ascent platform is supported by OCI SLAs. This gives them full access and control over their cloud infrastructure services.
Apica Ascent is available immediately in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace.
