Salesforce and Google are going to collaborate intensively on several solutions. These include linking Salesforce Data Cloud with Google Vertex AI and Google BigQuery. This should allow customers to get more value out of their data.

The new strategic partnership will focus mainly on so-called “democratizing” AI to get better insights and make better use of data. This should enable companies to use the data to provide better customer experiences and run more effective and cheaper campaigns for their marketing, sales, service and commerce activities.

Google BigQuery and Vertex AI

The partnership includes better integration between Salesforce Data Cloud and Google Cloud ‘s big data solution BigQuery. This should enable companies to create unique customer profiles to deliver more personalized experiences. Users will have easy access to all customer data, wherever it may reside. Whatever platforms and cloud environments this data lives in. Basically, a central repository, says the CRM and cloud giant.

Another component is the link between Salesforce Data Cloud and the Google Vertex AI platform. This integration helps companies bring their own Vertex AI models to the Salesforce platform. So that they can then better leverage these models for their analysis needs from their Salesforce Customer 360 data.
