Konica Minolta launches centralized storage service dokoni Sync & Share

With dokoni Sync & Share, Konica Minolta offers a business solution for sharing and synchronizing files wherever they are parked. The solution provides secure access to data and information from anywhere, anytime, on any device.

Konica Minolta is therefore launching dokoni Sync & Share on the market. The solution combines the flexibility that users have come to expect from consumer cloud solutions with the high security standards required for business environments.

Integration with other systems

Dokoni Sync & Share integrates with other data storage systems such as SharePoint, SMB, FTP, Dropbox and Google Drive, creating a single access point for all stored data. Companies can have the solution managed locally by Konica Minolta or use it as a managed cloud service. A hybrid mixing form is also possible.

Real-time collaboration

The system saves previous versions of documents and keeps track of where, who, what and when something has been executed. Comments may also be added to documents. Everything is synchronised and kept up-to-date, so that team members always have the latest version of a document and can work together in real time.
