The integration brings the Buy with Prime button to e-commerce environments using the Commerce Cloud.

Web stores can thus offer visitors the ability to purchase products directly through Amazon Prime. The integration also offers new features. For example, visitors to e-commerce stores can search specifically for products that meet Amazon Prime terms and purchase them and other products.

In addition, the integration makes it easier for merchants using Salesforce Commerce Cloud to connect with new customers and increase conversions by offering the benefits of Amazon Prime. These include fast and free delivery, a reliable checkout experience, 24/7 chat support and hassle-free handling of returned items.

Currently only available in the U.S.

The “Buy with Prime” functionality for Salesforce Commerce Cloud will initially be available to selected users. Later this year, it will be made available to all Salesforce Commerce Cloud users in the U.S. through the Salesforce AppExchange. It is still unknown when the link will become available to Salesforce users in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe.
