Teamleader adds updated mobile workbook feature to app

Teamleader has added a new mobile workbook feature to its app. This enables professionals such as mechanics, installers and plumbers to create a digital work order on location on a mobile device.

Teamleader is an SaaS solution for CRM, sales, invoicing, time registration and project management. The company’s goal is to help SMEs improve their processes. The company’s SaaS solution must therefore streamline the entire process from the initial lead to the collection of payments. According to its own statement, the company now helps ten thousand SMEs.

Digital work order

The new mobile work order function in the company’s app enables professionals to record mileage, hours worked and materials used after a job has been completed. They can then record everything in one PDF file and have the work order signed by the client on the spot.

There was already a similar function in the app for creating work orders. According to CEO Jeroen de Wit, Teamleader customers found this function very useful. According to De Wit, the new version should be even more user-friendly. “We also wanted to add this feature to our new app, but in a new and extra user-friendly way. The feedback from our test users was therefore very important for this update. The work orders are now even better tailored to the needs of our customers.”

Save time

The digital work orders can also save a lot of time for craftsmen, who often travel from customer to customer. The work orders can be shared directly via WhatsApp or e-mail, for example. The recorded information is also stored in Teamleader.

The software also allows professionals to easily create digital quotations, and create and send invoices. In addition, the app allows professionals to add and edit contact details, manage calendars and check outstanding quotations and invoices on the go.
