The integration allows marketing and customer teams to link WhatsApp business accounts to their shared inbox. The data of communications on WhatsApp is automatically processed in customer profiles on HubSpot CRM.

HubSpot integrates as many communication tools as possible in order to track customer conversations in a central location. The integrations allow businesses to communicate with their preferred media, from text to imagery and video.
