Poly announces Bluetooth headset for Microsoft Teams

Like other brands, Poly is also announcing a new product that will come in handy when working from home. The new Voyager 4245 Office headset is a Bluetooth headset intended for use with Microsoft Teams. This is the fifteenth model of Poly that has Teams-options.

The Poly Voyager 4245 Office is the latest in the lineup of Microsoft Teams certified headsets from Poly. From May 2020 the headset will be available in the US, a date for Europe is not exactly clear. According to Poly, the headset offers users maximum possibilities for wireless connectivity, ease of use and audio quality

Ease of use the priority

For example, the new headset has a replaceable battery for unlimited talk time. There is also three-way connectivity, enabling switching from PC to phone. In this way, the headset can be used for all purposes that are normally desired in the office. There is also a version with a dedicated teams button for easy synchronization with the application.

Microsoft Teams is on the rise due to the corona crisis. The collaboration service previously reported an unprecedented increase in users. Meanwhile, there are about 44 million users active on the platform, which meant an increase of about 12 million users for Teams.
