Salesforce has introduced Digital 360, the company’s new platform to integrate new components and innovations in the Salesforce Customer 360 platform.
According to Salesforce, the solution will help digital leaders transform their customer engagement and accelerate growth in the all-digital, work-from-anywhere world. Digital 360 is made stronger with expert services, a broad partner ecosystem, as well as new learning resources on Trailhead.
New product innovations for Digital 360 include Customer 360 Audiences. This is a customer data platform to allow marketers to unify, segment and activate all of their customer data. The platform also includes Commerce Cloud Payments, an out-of-the-box payment solution powered by Stripe.
In addition to these elements, Experience Cloud helps customers to quickly build CRM-powered digital experiences.

- Salesforce Experience Cloud helps companies quickly build connected CRM-powered digital experiences for their customers, partners and employees at scale.
Partners add value
Thousands of Salesforce partners will be available to enhance the Digital 360 offering with complementary products and services, custom applications and Trailhead learning.
Salesforce’s strategic partnership with Google provides productivity, marketing, commerce and cloud platform tools. The Google Analytics 360 integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud allows marketers to unify reporting and improve campaign performance. A single dashboard gives access to campaign data across email, mobile, advertising and the web.
Salesforce claims that it will power more than two trillion B2B and B2C transactions for more than 150,000 companies this year. The company supports a user base millions of Trailblazers (customer users).
